Body: It is recommended to apply a small amount of massage gel on the hands. For a full body massage session, one tablespoon of the product is enough. Before applying, warm the gel in your hands, after which it will become more plastic and liquid. When heated, the product is much easier to evenly apply to the body to perform a relaxing massage.
